Rooha Asifuddin is the founding attorney of Asifuddin & Associates. Prior to forming Asifuddin & Associates, Ms. Asifuddin was formerly associated with the law firm of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, LLP. Ms. Asifuddin received her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.
Ms. Asifuddin’s core practice areas include employment law and general civil litigation. She has served as counsel in a broad variety of industries and areas of employment practice, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, executive compensation, general counseling and class action litigation.
In addition to her employment litigation practice, Ms. Asifuddin also represents companies in various business litigation matters including breach of contract, trade secret, unfair competition, and other business tort litigation. Her clients include private companies, entrepreneurs and individuals. Ms. Asifuddin manages all phases of the dispute process from pre-litigation counseling and strategy through trial with a realistic, client-centered approach.
